It was not just another tour day with another group. This group bonded in the speed of light to form one big happy family. Three bookings: one from Singapore, and two from the US. Then once we are in Bruges, I found out that Kyle is a professional photographer the way he positioned in taking photos. These days many people have an advanced camera. Therefore, I always wait until I see the pose/position of how they take pictures and results before I give special attention to this person’s needs and customize the tour routs; thus, this person can have a fruitful visit to Bruges.
The results of that customisation were great. We were even lucky to witness a swan kiss shaping a heart by their necks. I loved Kyle photos and moreover everyone were happy in this tour.
